Every client has the same three-layer cost structure. What changes between tiers is what's in the build — not how we charge for it.

Layer 1 — The build
Setup fee
Fixed scope, fixed price, 6–8 week delivery. This is where Noodle's hours live. You pay once for the work and we hand you a running system. No ongoing billable hours hidden inside a retainer.

What does the platform fee actually cover?
The platform fee covers everything that runs your system after the build: Hostaway integration maintenance, Email Drafting AI, Noodle Guest (website AI), the automation engine, analytics dashboard, and messaging credits. Think of it as replacing 3–4 separate tool subscriptions that would cost $300–400/mo without being integrated.
Do I have to take an ongoing retainer?
No. The platform fee keeps your system running. The optional retainer hours are for when you want new work done — new SEO pages, seasonal campaigns, extra integrations. Many clients go months between retainer purchases. There's no lock-in and no pressure to maintain a relationship that isn't generating value.
What if I already have some of this set up?
We scope each build individually. If you already have a working Hostaway setup or some SEO content, we audit what exists first and build around it rather than replacing it. The setup fee reflects what actually needs to be built — if the scope is smaller, we'll tell you.
How long before I see results?
